Honda Navi 100
The Honda Navi 100 looks like a bike that should do well on the open road. However, in reality, it is surprisingly underpowered and struggles to keep up with traffic on the highway. Additionally, it is incredibly lightweight, which often leaves riders feeling unsafe in strong winds or when travelling at its top speed.
Honda Grom 125
While the Honda Grom range is generally very popular amongst stunt riders, most people agree that it shouldn't leave the parking lot - or at least a designated stunt area. The 125, in particular, is tiny, playful and fun to ride, but it simply doesn't have the necessary power to drive on busy roads.
Kawasaki Z125 Pro
The Kawasaki Z125 Pro is a compact and nible motorbike, making it a popular choice amongst parents looking to keep their adventurous children busy. However, it is also more of a stunt bike than anything else. When it comes to city driving, nevermind highways, the underpowered engine simply doesn't cut it.
Yamaha TW200
If you are looking for a nimble and safer option to have a bit of fun on, the Yamaha TW200 may just be your best bet. The bike features fat tires, making it slightly easier to handle, and doesn't exactly have a very impressive top speed. So, while it may be fun for doing some tricks on, it definitely isn't suited to city roads.
Suzuki VanVan 200
The Suzuki VanVan 200 is a retro mini-scrambler that looks undoubtedly cool. In fact, if you are looking for a fun stunt bike for your kid, you won't find much better. With that being said, the bike is very underpowered, making it a bit of a safety hazard on busy roads.
Honda Monkey R
The Honda Monkey R is a nostalgic and undoubtedly fun mini-bike. In fact, we're fairly confident in saying that you won't see your kids have as much fun on any other bike as they will on this one. Unfortunately, it just isn't practical for distance riding, making it impractical and unsuitable for the roads.
Honda Ruckus
While the Honda Ruckus is technically a scooter, it has a number of special mods that make it perfect for wheelie practice. Overall, it's just a fun ride, making it a popular choice amongst younger audiences. On the roads, however, it can't keep up with the traffic, making it more of a safety hazard.
KTM 50 SX
The KTM 50 SX is great for playing around on, with especially good handling abilities. In fact, you'll struggle to find a bike that can make tighter circles. If you enjoy off-road riding, the 50 SX may just be your perfect bike. With that being said, it isn't actually road legal.
Yamaha PW50
The Yamaha PW50 is the perfect beginner bike, with good handling abilities. However, while it may be fun on basic loops, it is technically classified as a learner bike and doesn't have anywhere near enough power to keep up with traffic on the open roads.
Honda CRF250R
The Honda CRF250R is especially popular for mini-moto games, with decent power and good handling abilities. Unfortunately, it is also too small for adults, making it not road-worthy. This bike is only suitable for children and parking lot tricks. If you are looking for the perfect gift for your adventurous kid, you'll struggle to find anything better.

The Kawasaki KLX250 is another stunt favorite that has plenty of fun tricks up its sleeve. Not only that, but it also looks pretty cool. However, the bike isn't actually road-worthy, meaning that it can't be driven alongside traffic. It was technically built for off-road riding though and, for this purpose, it's a great bike.
Yamaha Zuma 02
The Yamaha Zuma 02 is a practical bike that many parents choose for their children. While it is suitable for zipping around the neighbourhood or to your local grocery store, it definitely isn't the best choice for everyday driving. Simply put, the bike is underpowered and slow, making it a tough ride on busy roads.
